Understand access before and after sign-in
The magazine, knowledge, tool tours, guides and sector/service libraries help you get started without an account. Public pages remain available after sign-in. Signing in takes you to your workspace for research, collaboration and personal content.
Public reading does not grant access to other people’s workspaces. Conversely, having an account does not unlock every protected feature regardless of the current plan.
Understand the offer without surprises
Premium costs EUR 18.72 per workspace per month, as a final price including any applicable VAT. The trial lasts 30 days and needs no card. Paid continuation requires a separate explicit order; registration alone does not create a paid follow-on subscription.
After a separate order, the monthly subscription terms apply. You can cancel for the end of the current period. Check the current term, allowances and contract status in the workspace; the detailed terms remain authoritative.
Check freshness on the record
A working website does not mean every external source is currently reachable or every collection is fully up to date. Check the last successful collection, source and procedure status. For a deadline or correction, also check the original portal.
Archive counts describe the records held. Check the covered period and contributing sources. An older notice can inform market research, while current participation depends on the valid procedure.
External services remain separate
Original portals operate their procurement procedures. OpenAI processes selected inputs for AI tasks you start. An available paid purchase uses the designated payment service. External maps load when requested. These steps serve different purposes and may have their own terms or outages.
An additional service being unavailable does not change an official deadline. Retain important evidence and confirmation of actual submission in the original system.
Report a problem with useful details
Record the page, time, action and visible error message. For a protected feature, first check that you are signed into the right workspace and that the current access includes it. Then report the issue to kontakt@vergabezone.de.
If a payment page ends unexpectedly, check the displayed contract status and existing confirmations before repeatedly ordering. Do not include full card details, passwords or access tokens in an issue report.
Reach the responsible provider
The provider is BID CHAMPIONS LTD, registered in the United Kingdom under 05387870. The provider page contains the official register link and registered office. The London and Düsseldorf location addresses are separate from the registered office.
General guidance remains publicly accessible. The help page provides contact options for questions about your preparation and personal support.
What else would you like to know?
Is this a live incident dashboard?
No. It explains scope and help routes. It does not establish current availability of every source or a measured uptime rate.
Am I automatically charged after 30 days?
No. The trial needs no card and does not turn into a paid subscription without your separate explicit order.
Can I keep reading free content after signing in?
Yes. The public knowledge resources remain accessible. The private workspace adds the functions covered by your current access.
How do I report outdated or incorrect information?
Send the page address, affected information and a current original source if available to kontakt@vergabezone.de. In an active procedure, check deadlines or corrections immediately on the original portal while your report is reviewed.
