Provider and business use

Vergabezone is offered by BID CHAMPIONS LTD. The Premium workspace is intended for businesses and users acting professionally. The stated price applies to one workspace with unlimited members on the same verified business domain, without an additional per-person charge. The business domain must first be verified. Personal/free addresses such as Gmail or web.de, and other off-domain addresses, require separate individual manual approval by Vergabezone before invitation. Approval covers only that person and workspace; it does not open the entire email domain. AI and storage allowances are shared by the team. The price does not cover unlimited organisations or separate client workspaces.

Free 30-day trial

30 days free. No card needed for the trial. Continuing on a paid plan requires your explicit order.

Registration accepts trial terms version premium-trial-domain-team-v2. The trial starts when successfully activated for your workspace and runs for 30 days. View its start and end under Plan & Usage. No card details are requested for registration, and registration does not order automatic paid continuation.

If you do not order a paid continuation, no paid monthly subscription arises after the trial. Access after expiry follows the status displayed in the workspace.

Price and separate paid order

€18.72 per workspace per month · unlimited on a verified business domain. Final price including any applicable VAT.

Order paid continuation separately in the workspace under the premium-domain-team-v2 terms that must then be expressly accepted. Price, payment frequency and payment start must be visible before the binding order. If you order while the trial is still running, its remaining free period is preserved; the paid start is shown in the ordering flow.

From the agreed paid start, the monthly subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Payment details are processed through the payment provider only in the separate paid-order flow.

Cancel at any time

Cancel at any time for the end of the current trial or paid period.

Workspace owners can request cancellation under Plan & Usage. Check and retain the confirmation and end date shown there. Cancellation does not end access prematurely during the current period. It does not automatically cancel other contracts or external source services.

Usage scope and allowances

Daily allowances apply per workspace and UTC day. Storage is measured per workspace. File-type, security and permission checks still apply. The feature overview describes the actual scope of workspace functions and source access.

Original sources, AI and legal research

External registers, news, social and case-law sources have their own terms and may require accounts or fees. Premium does not include a complete licensed feed of every company or decision. Court and authority fees, lawyer costs and legal representation are not included.

AI supports summaries and drafts within the allowances. Use only content you are entitled to process and check every output. No award or legal outcome is guaranteed. A saved note is not an objection, review application or court filing.

Official submission and free guides

Submit a tender through the channel specified by its actual procedure. A workspace upload or draft does not replace that step. The public guides, portal walkthroughs, examples, checklists and templates remain freely accessible independently of Premium.

Data, information and contact

Users control their content and processing permissions and must hold the necessary rights. The privacy notice explains processing and contact routes for access, correction or deletion requests. These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
