Further provider informationPersonal progress and completion certificates
In the protected academy we store lessons marked complete, personal reflections, test attempts, results and the name supplied for a certificate, per person and workspace. These records belong to your own account. Completion certificates include the module version, result and planned learning time; this is not measured attendance time. Public reference verification shows authenticity, module and issue details, without names, email addresses or reflections. Data is stored with the other working records on the external production service and included in existing secured backups. Use the contact above for access, correction or deletion requests.
Public pages and technically necessary data
You can read the offer and guide pages without an account. Requests involve technically necessary connection and security information, such as IP address, time and requested resource. The published service is hosted with Namecheap. These pages load no advertising trackers and merely reading them initiates no AI or payment request.
External source links open services operated by others. Their privacy and usage terms apply when you visit them. External social-media content is not automatically embedded here.
Account, workspace and security
Registration processes your name, company, email address, username, securely hashed password and accepted trial-terms version. Use also involves necessary memberships, roles, working content, file metadata, usage counters and traceable activity. Technical safeguards limit abuse and unauthorised access.
This information is used to provide and secure the agreed access, handle requests and, where applicable, meet statutory record requirements. Sign-in or registration does not establish official verification of a business.
Session and browser-local settings
Protected access uses a technically necessary secure HttpOnly session. Language, optional guide reading progress and checklist ticks may be stored locally in your browser. Guide progress is not thereby turned into a central customer profile. You can remove local data in browser settings.
AI processing only when deliberately used
Connected AI features use OpenAI. When you initiate an AI action, your input and selected, permitted material may be transmitted to the AI interface. Evidence processing is checked against its required permissions. Upload and process only material for which you hold the necessary rights. Reading alone does not initiate AI processing.
Check sensitive material and the applicable service terms before authorising processing. This notice does not promise a particular storage region or blanket deletion period for the external AI service.
Payment only with a separate order
Free trial registration requires no card. For a separate paid order, Stripe processes the necessary payment information. Vergabezone uses payment and subscription references, status and confirmations to manage the contract; card details are entered with the payment provider. Check its applicable terms and privacy information in the ordering flow.
Retention, export and deletion requests
Data is processed according to its purpose, contract status and any statutory retention duties. No single deletion period is claimed for every data category. Use available export functions or contact kontakt@vergabezone.de for access, correction or deletion. Statutory duties or legitimate protective interests may limit particular deletion requests.
Your rights and requests
Applicable data-protection law may provide rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. Describe your request and workspace clearly; do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email.
