Describe the result you need
You do not need to know an article number. You might write: I want to know which account information is held for my address; please correct my name; or I want a particular publication reviewed. A clear description helps identify the relevant area.
- Account: relevant email address or username, as needed.
- Workspace: its name and your connection to it.
- Public page: the exact link and information concerned.
Which rights may be relevant
The GDPR provides access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection subject to their respective conditions. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing. The conditions differ; not every right applies to every activity in the same way.
If you object to processing, identify the purpose or publication where possible. To change an optional browser choice, you can use the site’s browser settings directly.
Confirm identity with minimal extra information
A request may need to be linked to the right person to protect your information. Where possible, write from the relevant contact address. Do not send an identity document, password or full payment details in advance. Targeted additional information may be needed where there are reasonable doubts.
Owning a workspace does not automatically entitle you to all another member’s private personal information. Representation and authority need to match the particular request.
Response and possible clarification
The GDPR ordinarily requires a response to rights requests within one month. A lawful extension for complex or numerous requests must be explained within that period. These rules do not promise every requested outcome regardless of its legal conditions.
If you have several requests, list the separate points. You do not need a new account or a paid support contract to make a data-rights request.
Distinguish erasure, cancellation and local files
Cancelling Premium concerns access at the end of the relevant period. It is not automatically a complete erasure request. An erasure request may also concern information unrelated to a subscription. State the outcome you need explicitly.
Legal retention, justified requirements and other people’s rights can affect scope. A website also cannot remove a copy you downloaded to your own device. A blanket promise to erase every copy immediately would therefore be inaccurate.
If you want further review
You can contact a data protection supervisory authority if you have concerns about processing. For GDPR matters, this can include the relevant authority where you habitually live, work or where the suspected infringement occurred. The appropriate route depends on the circumstances.
The privacy notice explains the service’s processing in more detail. This help page explains the request route; it does not appoint a data protection officer or EU representative or claim independent privacy certification.
What else would you like to know?
Must I buy Premium to request access to my information?
No. Use the published contact address and describe the processing concerned. Sign-in or a purchase is not required.
Should I send an identity-document copy immediately?
No. Start with the details needed to locate the information. Any further identity check should be proportionate to the particular need.
Does cancellation automatically delete my account?
No. A subscription, account, personal records and local files are different things. State explicitly which change you want.
Can I request review of public information about me?
Yes. Provide the exact link and information concerned. Originating from a public source does not automatically remove the need for a privacy assessment.
