Choose the correct workspace
Open “My team” and check the workspace shown. An appropriate administrator role is needed to manage invitations and access. Switching workspace changes the data and memberships you manage.
Verify the business domain
Use “Add business domain” and prepare DNS verification. Your domain administrator adds the TXT record shown; then select “Verify DNS record”. Unlimited team access applies to your verified business domain while access is active.
Review other addresses before inviting
For free email or other domains, use “Request approval for one person”. State the person, address and working relationship. A suitable invitation can be created only after Vergabezone has approved that individual.
Invite the person with an appropriate role
Select “Invite someone” and enter the name, email address and role. Match the role to the task and access needed: reviewing a draft calls for different permissions from managing the whole workspace.
Share the link and check acceptance
Copy the invitation link and share it directly with the intended person. No automatic email is sent. Check acceptance and change or deactivate access when a role or employment ends.
Make the method concrete.
A company invites colleagues at its verified domain. An external specialist using a free-email address first needs individual approval.
Avoid this common pitfall.
Posting an invitation link publicly or giving everyone administrator access. Treat links and roles as deliberate access grants.
Common questions, clearly answered.
Are Premium allowances unlimited per person?
Unlimited eligible members do not mean unlimited individual allowances. Storage and AI limits, for example, are shared at workspace level.
Can an owner approve free-email addresses?
The required individual approval is handled by Vergabezone. A workspace-owner role does not make someone a provider operator.
