YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A service description can combine clinical assessment, advisory support and HR administration without showing how a referral moves between them. The buyer may expect a usable employment-related output while the proposal focuses mainly on the appointment or practitioner biography. Working output: A referral pathway showing the purpose of each step, responsible role and defined output that the buyer can use at the agreed handover.
An appointment estimate may omit triage, records review, unsuccessful booking attempts and report completion. Short lead times become difficult to support when the clinical or advisory staff needed for the bid are also carrying an existing service workload. Working output: A pathway capacity check showing appointment work, supporting administration, review demand and the readiness evidence behind the offered service times.
General confidentiality assurances do not tell an evaluator what a manager receives, what remains within a professional record or how an incomplete referral is handled. Unclear handoffs can also cause rework when contributors assume different reporting or access arrangements. Working output: An information handover example showing the authorised input, professional review, recipient output and escalation when the referral cannot support the requested service.
