YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A contract, grant and partnership invitation create different commitments. Attractive funding can divert staff from existing beneficiaries if the purpose, referral criteria and internal authority to accept obligations remain unclear. Working output: An owned pursuit decision explaining mission fit, approval needs and the existing services that require protection.
Direct session costs can hide supervision, safeguarding, reporting and mobilisation. An assumed volunteer contribution or uncertain referral level can make the service appear affordable while leaving essential work without resource. Working output: A funding and capacity outline identifying essential service costs, uncertain contributions and the decisions needed before acceptance.
A strong purpose statement does not explain who receives referrals, decides eligibility or responds when capacity is reached. Personal stories can also reveal information the evaluation does not need. Working output: A clear service pathway and relevant evidence outline showing how provision begins, reaches capacity and closes responsibly.
