PORTAL WALKTHROUGH / Find notices and move to the responsible submission platform

Öffentliche Vergabe · DÖE

The notice service brings together published information from different procurement platforms. It helps you discover and assess opportunities. Submit through the route specified in the notice, rather than the search results page.

Know this first

Account and access: Public research is openly accessible. Any required bidder registration takes place on the linked submission platform. Publication or editorial accounts serve a different purpose from submitting your bid.

Where do you submit? On the external procurement platform or through the submission address expressly specified for that procedure. The DÖE notice service is not a general-purpose bid upload inbox.

SCHEMATIC EXAMPLENOT A REAL PORTAL
Discovery portals help you find opportunities. Submit where the procedure instructs.
  1. 01

    Search for your service

Open search and start with concrete service terms, location or relevant CPV terms. Try synonyms if there are few results.

  2. 02

    Identify the notice type

Distinguish an active competition from planning information, a change or an awarded contract. A search result is not automatically an open invitation to bid.

  3. 03

    Record the key details

Check the buyer, reference, lots, performance location, language and deadline. Read additional information, which may contain important participation instructions.

  4. 04

    Follow the original procedure link

Find the procurement-document and electronic-submission information. Follow the specific link and match the reference and buyer on the destination platform.

  5. 05

Register there and review the documents

If required, create access on that submission platform. Read the current documents and arrange the procedure communications there.

  6. 06

    Submit through the specified route

Prepare and transmit the tender on the destination platform according to the procurement documents. Do not substitute a general contact form.

  7. 07

    Keep the original system’s receipt

Keep the receipt from the actual submission platform. Save the search result as a research reference; it does not replace proof of submission.

Common mistakes to avoid

These are pitfalls, not recommended actions:

  • Confusing an award notice with a still-open competition.
  • Creating a notice-publication account instead of a bidder account.
  • Finding the opportunity but forgetting to move to the original platform.
