YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A well-designed service can still fail to begin when referrals, authorised access or institutional contacts are unresolved. Estate work and participant-facing provision require different pathways into the same institutional setting. Working output: A service pathway identifying the customer inputs, access confirmations and authorised decisions required before delivery can begin.
A cancelled visit can still consume preparation, travel and specialist cover. If the bid assumes uninterrupted access or steady referrals, the proposed price may not sustain the service described. Working output: A continuity decision showing interruption assumptions, reserved resource and the points requiring a buyer clarification or commercial response.
Justice proposals need relevant proof, but detailed stories can reveal more about individuals or institutions than the evaluation needs. Activity records also cannot establish wider social outcomes on their own. Working output: A minimised example that demonstrates the relevant delivery capability with a clear boundary around any wider outcome claim.
