YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A donor objective, grant announcement and purchased service can appear in the same programme narrative. Confusing them obscures eligibility, reporting responsibilities and the output for which your organisation will be accountable. Working output: A requirements map that distinguishes your contractual deliverables from programme-wide objectives and partner responsibilities.
Specialists may be named before availability, partner terms or local support are confirmed. Translation, contextual review and delayed payment can consume capacity well beyond the direct technical assignment. Working output: A partner-readiness decision with owned confirmations and a budget basis reflecting coordination, supervision and local delivery support.
Completed activities, observed participant outcomes and attributable impact require different evidence. A persuasive proposal becomes fragile when it implies that all programme change resulted from the supplier's intervention. Working output: An evidence chain that supports clear outcome language while making the supplier's contribution and measurement needs understandable.
