YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
An attractive event proposal can depend on a venue hold, specialist supplier or key person whose availability has not been secured. Different release dates and approval responsibilities can make the promised guest experience less certain than the programme suggests. Working output: A hospitality dependency map connecting guest-facing promises to confirmed resources, decision dates and an owner for every unresolved essential commitment.
A per-person headline can hide minimum spend, room configuration, extended staffing and supplier charges. A late attendance change may therefore alter several costs while the buyer expects the whole package to scale directly with the guest count. Working output: An attendance-change sheet showing fixed commitments, variable service costs, approval responsibility and the consequence of late programme information for the offer.
Recovery plans often begin with an internal escalation but fail to explain what the guest experiences while the team responds. A delayed meal, unavailable room or supplier failure can expose gaps between operations, front-of-house communication and approval for alternatives. Working output: A recovery run sheet showing immediate guest support, operational escalation, approval of alternatives and the evidence used to review the response afterwards.
