YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A headline meal count can conceal low uptake days, holiday closures and functions requiring a second shift. The bid becomes fragile when ingredients are costed carefully but paid kitchen hours are assumed to follow sales perfectly. Working output: A demand decision sheet showing the meal threshold, supporting source and person authorised to accept the remaining exposure.
A sample menu can look persuasive while supplier substitutions, recipe revisions and serving information are handled in separate files. Evaluators need to understand how the promised meal remains identifiable when a normal supply exception occurs. Working output: A worked dietary evidence trail linking one offered dish to its current information, change owner and point of service check.
Kitchen access, equipment condition and supervisor availability can remain unresolved until the mobilisation narrative is nearly finished. An elegant programme is difficult to defend if nobody has tested who receives the first delivery or handles a failed oven. Working output: An opening-day checklist with a fallback, decision owner and readiness evidence for every dependency that could prevent meal service.
