Deutsches Vergabeportal · DTVP

DTVP is a privately operated procurement marketplace used by public buyers. The specific project room linked in the notice matters, rather than a search result alone.

Know this first

Account and access: The provider offers basic functions and participation free of charge; additional search and convenience services may be paid. Check which account or plan you select.

Where do you submit? Through the tender or participation-request function in the procedure’s project room. DTVP supports web submission; specific signature requirements can still require the displayed bidding-tool process.

SCHEMATIC EXAMPLENOT A REAL PORTAL
Uploaded does not mean submitted. Complete the formal submission step and retain its receipt.
  1. 01

Check the original project and deadlines

Open the notice’s DTVP link. Check the project ID, buyer, scope and deadline before preparing files or prices.

  2. 02

    Set up appropriate company access

Check existing company access. For a new account, enter accurate company and user details and finish the current activation process. Paid extras are not a prerequisite for every participation.

  3. 03

    Join the procedure

Use the offered participation or access function, or the invitation. Then check the project room and available documents.

  4. 04

    Monitor changes and questions

Read the procedure inbox regularly. Use the latest documents and send questions through the designated communications channel before the question deadline.

  5. 05

Start web submission or the bidding tool

Open Offers or Requests to participate. Use the workflow provided for your submission type. Current help distinguishes text-form web submission and signature cases handled by the desktop bidding tool.

  6. 06

    Complete and confirm submission

Check mandatory fields, prices and attachments. Continue through final transmission. A file preview is not proof that the tender has been received.

  7. 07

File the receipt and remain available

Keep the receipt and submitted bid. Monitor further messages. If something needs changing before the deadline, first read the applicable withdrawal and resubmission process.

Common mistakes to avoid

These are pitfalls, not recommended actions:

  • Assuming a search subscription submits a tender for you.
  • Treating email notifications as a replacement for the procedure inbox.
  • Assuming every text-form submission requires a qualified electronic signature.
