YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A large anticipated cohort may depend on referrals, employer release or recruitment still to happen. Preparing tutors and learning materials for that headline number can create fixed costs before the supplier has a dependable participation commitment. Working output: A learner-demand register with the status of each volume, recruitment owner and the commercial decision needed if confirmed participation remains below the planning case.
A provider may control teaching while workplace activity, support or assessment depends on other organisations. A persuasive delivery narrative can overlook one missing handover that prevents learners completing within the proposed timetable and budget. Working output: A completion map showing teaching, learner support, employer involvement and assessment responsibilities, with unresolved handovers visible before programme dates are promised in the bid.
Attendance, achievement and progression figures can use different cohorts or periods. Combining them into a single success claim makes the offer harder to assess and can conceal whether the proposed delivery team produced the cited result. Working output: An outcome definition sheet allowing reviewers to compare the proposed claim with its underlying cohort, measurement period and the provider's actual contribution to the result.
