YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A brief can mix content production, visitor enquiries, attendance and economic impact. Treating these as interchangeable makes the offer difficult to scope and leaves the team carrying unsupported outcome claims. Working output: A measurement note linking each proposed claim to its source, definition and realistic supplier contribution.
Attraction operators, accommodation providers and local partners may supply information, imagery or distribution. General enthusiasm does not confirm permission, content accuracy or availability when the seasonal launch date arrives. Working output: A partner dependency map with permission status, confirmation owners and an explicit route for visitor-information updates.
A short visible campaign can require weeks of partner chasing, customer support and reporting. Delayed approval may compress the useful season while leaving much of that preparation cost unchanged. Working output: A seasonal decision record identifying the approvals and budget assumptions that could change the offer materially.

Content is informed by publicly described APMP topic areas; it is not APMP accreditation, an APMP exam, certification or endorsement. Recognition is determined by the relevant body. This academy’s lessons, examples, exercises and knowledge checks are independently developed and put into context for German bidding practice. Public original sources support verification; the catalogue does not claim to reproduce third-party training in full. Unlimited access covers every original Vergabezone Academy module. Paid courses, subscriptions and examinations from external providers are not included in the Premium price.
