YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A property schedule can imply ready accommodation while availability terms, required standards or acceptance work remain unresolved. A support provider may promise a start before establishing that the homes can be used on conditions compatible with the commissioned service. Working output: A property readiness register separating availability, standards and acceptance decisions, with dependencies and their programme effect visible before the service start and accommodation assumptions are approved for the bid.
A resident concern can involve repairs, tenancy management, support and an urgent response. If the landlord and support-provider boundaries are only described in general terms, each organisation may assume another party owns the next practical action and communication. Working output: A housing-support responsibility map covering repairs, tenancy, support and emergencies, with accepted handovers and communication ownership clear enough to test the proposed operating method before mobilisation and resident introduction.
Staff and property costs can begin before referrals produce occupied places. A price based on full occupancy may overlook voids, referral timing and the continuing cost of keeping both accommodation and support ready for an uncertain service start. Working output: An occupancy viability scenario showing property, support, void and readiness costs separately, with referral and payment assumptions linked to a clear decision on the commercial commitment the organisation can sustain.
