YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A monthly processing date hides several earlier handoffs for changes, checking and authorisation. When buyer inputs, provider review and external dependencies sit in separate calendars, a late instruction can leave responsibility for the final decision unclear. Working output: An administration calendar connecting cut-offs, named roles, checking evidence and the authorised decision when information arrives too late for the ordinary cycle.
A plan to run systems in parallel does not establish what is compared, how differences are investigated or who approves the transition. Data mapping and reconciliation can remain unfinished even while the milestone chart suggests the new service is ready. Working output: A transition evidence map linking parallel-run comparisons, unresolved differences, investigation ownership and the approval needed before the new administration process is accepted.
A per-person or per-cycle price may not explain correction work, additional reporting or complex data exceptions. The bid becomes hard to assess when ordinary administration and buyer-triggered changes share a headline fee but depend on different effort assumptions. Working output: An exception-work schedule connecting the service unit, checking activity, correction ownership and approval route for work outside the agreed recurring administration.
