YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A familiar product description can hide differences in pack quantity, dimensions or compatibility. Matching only the catalogue heading leaves evaluators and customers to discover whether the priced alternative actually performs the same purchasing job. Working output: A SKU comparison identifying the offered unit, evidence source and material differences that require clarification or approval before the basket is finalised.
An attractive basket price says little about the cost of serving many small orders, urgent top-ups or dispersed addresses. Catalogue preparation and account administration can also consume time that is missing from an estimate based solely on gross margin. Working output: An ordering behaviour sheet connecting the priced basket to delivery, administration and minimum-order assumptions that the business has explicitly accepted.
A long contract can outlive several products, manufacturers or pack formats. A promise to maintain the catalogue is incomplete when discontinued lines, customer approval and price changes are handled through unrelated messages with no reviewable record. Working output: A catalogue-change record showing the withdrawn line, proposed replacement, evidence check, price decision and information issued to the ordering organisation.

How the curriculum is developed
Publicly accessible provider catalogues inform the choice of topics and learning formats. This academy’s lessons, examples, exercises and knowledge checks are independently developed and put into context for German bidding practice. Public original sources support verification; the catalogue does not claim to reproduce third-party training in full. Unlimited access covers every original Vergabezone Academy module. Paid courses, subscriptions and examinations from external providers are not included in the Premium price.
