YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A standard module still depends on the client's actual brief, services and site interfaces. Starting manufacture before those decisions are controlled can turn a fast programme into expensive redesign and rework. Working output: A design-freeze gate map with owned inputs and a clear distinction between settled product choices and project-specific decisions.
Modules can be ready while transport permissions, lifting access, foundations or utility connections remain unresolved. Delay at the receiving site then creates storage and resource consequences beyond the visible delivery date. Working output: A transport and site dependency register showing readiness evidence, delay consequences and the commitments requiring confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery of the last unit does not establish that connections, testing, user information and defects are resolved. Factory and site responsibilities can leave gaps precisely where the customer needs a usable facility. Working output: A complete-building acceptance checklist linking factory records, site interfaces, user information and remaining defects to named responsibilities.

Content is informed by publicly described APMP topic areas; it is not APMP accreditation, an APMP exam, certification or endorsement. Recognition is determined by the relevant body. Publicly accessible provider catalogues inform the choice of topics and learning formats. This academy’s lessons, examples, exercises and knowledge checks are independently developed and put into context for German bidding practice. Public original sources support verification; the catalogue does not claim to reproduce third-party training in full. Unlimited access covers every original Vergabezone Academy module. Paid courses, subscriptions and examinations from external providers are not included in the Premium price.
