YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A similar component or a successful prototype does not explain whether the proposed production route can repeat the required result. Critical dimensions, special processes and inspection resources may rely on different sites or subcontractors from those described in the general capability statement. Working output: A revision-specific production evidence map showing critical features, process owners, inspection records and the exact capability gap that remains to be closed.
A large annual forecast may be delivered through small, uneven call-offs that repeatedly consume setup time. Buying material or reserving a machine against an assumed volume can create cash exposure that the buyer’s actual order commitment does not support. Working output: A batch exposure sheet connecting forecast confidence, setup demand, material ownership and working capital with the commercial condition requiring confirmation before approval.
A revised drawing can arrive while material is ordered or a batch is already in progress. Without a defined change handoff, operators may work from different versions while quotation, inspection and delivery commitments continue to describe the original requirement. Working output: A change-release record linking the authorised revision to affected stock, process instructions, inspection updates and the agreed commercial or programme consequence.
