YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
An asset list may omit age, documentation or component constraints. Good experience with another lift type does not establish that the proposed team can diagnose, maintain or obtain parts for every listed unit. Working output: A supportability baseline identifying known equipment, unresolved records and component dependencies that materially affect the proposed cover.
A rapid attendance promise can be mistaken for a repair commitment. Specialist diagnosis, approved major work and delayed parts can keep equipment unavailable after the first visit, affecting building users differently at each site. Working output: A service boundary map separating the supplier's response commitments from approvals and resources needed for restoration.
Travel, standby, repeat diagnosis and reporting can sit outside the visible maintenance visit. A rate can appear viable until a difficult fault consumes the same specialist promised across several contracts. Working output: A cover decision linking the price to travel, specialist availability and the continuing work required during a prolonged equipment issue.
