YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A laboratory may hold strong credentials for a related method while the requested matrix, range or quality requirement differs. A generic assurance statement can hide that mismatch until the commission is underway and the expected result cannot be supported. Working output: A method-fit comparison showing supported applications, scope differences and technical decisions, allowing the bid team to describe the offered analysis with evidence appropriate to the actual request.
Available instrument hours do not equal authorised-result capacity. Sample preparation, maintenance, quality checks and expert review may create the actual bottleneck, especially when a buyer sends batches in a pattern unlike the average volumes used in the estimate. Working output: A complete turnaround plan showing the constraining stage, batch assumptions and recovery capacity, with review time included alongside instrument availability before the service level is promised.
A per-sample rate may leave collection, transport, storage and repeat responsibility unclear. When a specimen cannot support the requested analysis, the parties may disagree about replacement, extra effort or whether the original turnaround clock still applies. Working output: A sample responsibility schedule stating acceptance, storage, repeat and disposal boundaries, with an understandable exception process and charges aligned to the laboratory's proposed operational responsibility.
