YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
Land access, utility diversions and other asset owners may determine when work can start or progress. An ambitious investment programme does little to resolve a package whose critical external decision remains unowned. Working output: An interface register connecting third-party decisions with the work activities and resource commitments that depend on them.
A changed access period can alter plant utilisation, temporary arrangements and specialist supervision. Quantities alone may conceal the commercial effect of performing the same work in a shorter or displaced window. Working output: A resource scenario explaining how an access change affects sequence, duration and the pricing basis of the package.
A method can describe construction activity without explaining readiness checks, testing interfaces or the evidence needed to return an asset to use. Residual limitations need an owner after the main work finishes. Working output: An evidence outline showing permission to progress, verification responsibilities and a usable record of the asset's condition at handover.
