A machine family’s advertised capability may rely on different options, materials or operating conditions from the buyer’s process. The technical offer becomes difficult to assess when a brochure claim and the priced configuration are left to explain one another. Working output: A duty evidence matrix showing the offered configuration, relevant test conditions, support for each performance claim and any remaining verification decision.
Utilities, foundations, control protocols and feed materials can sit across several organisations. A programme that assumes these inputs will simply be ready exposes the supplier to installation delays and acceptance conditions that the equipment team cannot control alone. Working output: An interface readiness register linking each critical buyer or partner input to evidence, timing, responsible party and the decision needed after delay.
Factory tests and site tests may answer different questions, yet both can be labelled commissioning. If witnesses, conditions, exceptions and corrective actions are unspecified, neither the buyer nor finance can tell when performance is accepted and the payment milestone is supported. Working output: An acceptance test map distinguishing factory and site evidence, named witnesses, exception closure and the milestone that each completed record supports.
