YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A schedule can appear fully staffed when visits are viewed individually. Travel between time bands, preparation and existing commitments may make the same rota impossible, especially when broad locality descriptions conceal a dispersed pattern of work. Working output: A locality rota test showing visits, travel and preparation together, with gaps between required timing and available capacity visible before the service offer is approved.
Planned recruitment can be mistaken for ready workforce, while supervisors are counted as available cover despite existing management duties. One absence may then interrupt several visits and put pressure on the continuity promised to existing service users. Working output: A continuity plan recording confirmed cover, supervisory capacity and recruitment dependencies, with an explicit decision on the start volume the existing team can reliably sustain.
A rate based only on direct contact time can omit travel, coordination, training and changes in support. The bid may look competitive while the provider has no clear funding for the work that makes consistent visits possible. Working output: A full-cost visit schedule connecting direct support, travel and management activities to the quoted rate, with a dispersed-demand scenario and clear treatment of changed support requirements.

How the curriculum is developed
Publicly accessible provider catalogues inform the choice of topics and learning formats. This academy’s lessons, examples, exercises and knowledge checks are independently developed and put into context for German bidding practice. Public original sources support verification; the catalogue does not claim to reproduce third-party training in full. Unlimited access covers every original Vergabezone Academy module. Paid courses, subscriptions and examinations from external providers are not included in the Premium price.
