YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A healthcare organisation can buy clinical activity, products or support services through different arrangements. Assuming a familiar route from the buyer's name can send reviewers towards the wrong process questions and obscure what the purchaser is actually selecting. Working output: A route summary connecting the actual activity, buyer and stated arrangement, with source wording preserved and specialist questions assigned before the bid plan is agreed.
A capable clinical team may still depend on premises, equipment, referrals or an external escalation route that is not ready. A confident start-date promise can hide the point where responsibility transfers and the service becomes unable to proceed as described. Working output: A pathway readiness map showing resources, governance and external handovers, with unresolved dependencies and the decision required for a responsible start made clear to the sponsor.
Organisation-wide performance may not represent the proposed team, location or pathway. A broad benefit claim can also omit the coordination, supervision and reporting effort needed to reproduce the service in the setting now being commissioned. Working output: A team-specific evidence review linking relevant claims to the proposed pathway and resources, with coordination and governance work represented in the service price rather than implied as free overhead.
