YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A catalogue family can contain several sizes, finishes and performance options. Evidence for the family may not establish the exact offered variant, while approved-equivalent wording can leave the buyer and estimator comparing different products under a shared description. Working output: A room-level product comparison with exact variants, evidence references, sample status and a clear question for each unresolved equivalence.
An item can meet the specification and still be difficult to move through the available lift, stair or loading route. Installation promises also depend on floors being ready and manufacturer slots surviving changes to the buyer’s access programme. Working output: An installation dependency plan showing the critical item, access requirement, room-readiness check and responsibility for a postponed delivery or assembly.
Delivery, unpacking, assembly and bringing furniture into use may be treated as the same milestone. Without a clear handover, the price can omit protection, packaging removal, snagging or the movement and agreed treatment of existing items. Working output: A room acceptance checklist covering installed condition, snag ownership, packaging, existing items and the record supporting the agreed completion milestone.

Publicly accessible provider catalogues inform the choice of topics and learning formats. This academy’s lessons, examples, exercises and knowledge checks are independently developed and put into context for German bidding practice. Public original sources support verification; the catalogue does not claim to reproduce third-party training in full. Unlimited access covers every original Vergabezone Academy module. Paid courses, subscriptions and examinations from external providers are not included in the Premium price.
