YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
An invitation may combine assessment, inspection, installation and remedial work under one fire-safety heading. A general company credential leaves the evaluator to infer whether the proposed people and evidence cover the particular tasks and system being offered. Working output: An activity matrix showing the exact task, responsible competent person, supporting record and any evidence still required for the proposed scope.
Asset lists can omit location, access restrictions or information about concealed construction. A fixed programme then assumes every inspection can be completed in one visit, while intrusive work and failed access have no explicit owner or allowance. Working output: An asset exception register linking access and survey limits to clarification references, visit assumptions and the commercial approval needed for additional work.
A specimen report can demonstrate technical knowledge while leaving the buyer unsure who receives a significant finding or how follow-up is recorded. The service promise becomes weaker when reporting, urgent communication and remedy approval are described independently. Working output: A reviewed defect narrative showing what was observed, what remains uncertain, who is informed and how the next authorised action is recorded.
