YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A door count can conceal unknown dimensions, surrounding construction and different remedial categories. An unconditional replacement rate becomes difficult to support when the survey does not establish the work each opening needs. Working output: An opening-level gap schedule showing which rates have an adequate basis and which locations need further evidence or decisions.
Separate product sheets for leaves, frames or hardware do not explain an assembled installation. The bid needs to show which evidence applies to the specified products, activities and conditions rather than relying on a broad assurance claim. Working output: An assembly responsibility map linking the intervention and installation role with relevant evidence and the boundaries of the proposed assurance.
Survey validation, resident contact, making good and evidence capture can sit outside a simple unit rate. Missed access or a revised detail can add another visit and leave records disconnected from the installed location. Working output: A cost and handover checklist connecting visit assumptions, authorised changes and evidence captured against the actual opening identifier.
