YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
Historical consumption can conceal changed occupancy, operating hours or future assets. A supplier can quote against a familiar annual total while misunderstanding the time pattern, site boundary or commitment that actually drives its exposure and delivery requirements. Working output: A demand-basis register linking each site and period to its source, expected changes and pricing treatment, so reviewers can understand the commercial meaning of the proposed consumption assumption.
Supply, assets, controls and operational support may belong to different parties. A broad resilience statement can imply that the bidder controls interruptions or performance that actually depend on customer equipment, access or another provider's decisions. Working output: A responsibility map separating supply, assets, controls and customer actions, with each continuity promise connected to an accountable party and the evidence needed to support it in the bid.
A headline rate may conceal variable charges, payment timing or changed demand. Finance can approve an apparently attractive opportunity without seeing the working capital needed or the assumptions under which the supplier must absorb an adverse change. Working output: A commercial exposure review showing variable charges, payment timing and demand-change treatment, with a documented downside case and an approval decision grounded in the supplier's actual funding capacity.
