YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
Response, attendance, repair and replacement are different commitments. A straightforward supply opportunity becomes much harder when support hours, spare availability or distant service locations remain buried in separate schedules. Working output: A support boundary schedule separating commitments your team controls from dependencies that need confirmation before pricing.
A named technician or spare unit can appear to provide cover across several bids. Concurrent requests expose whether the offer has real resilience or depends on the same scarce resource repeatedly. Working output: A resource decision showing who provides normal cover, what happens at capacity and which commitments require revision.
A product sheet alone does not demonstrate the whole offered service. User familiarisation, acceptance checks, current assurance evidence and issue escalation need named owners before a credible transition can be described. Working output: An acceptance checklist connecting relevant evidence, user information and unresolved issues to the customer's authorised approval route.

Content is informed by publicly described APMP topic areas; it is not APMP accreditation, an APMP exam, certification or endorsement. Recognition is determined by the relevant body.
