YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A provider’s infrastructure assurance can be read as evidence for the whole application even when configuration, identity and data remain with the buyer or another supplier. The proposal becomes hard to assess if each party assumes someone else owns the missing operating task. Working output: A workload responsibility map showing provider and buyer tasks, evidence references and the unassigned dependency needing agreement before the service commitment is approved.
A backup schedule or infrastructure availability figure does not establish that the buyer’s workload can be restored into a usable service. Test scope, data consistency and the people needed to confirm recovery can remain outside the resilience narrative. Working output: A restore evidence plan connecting the recovery scenario, workload checks, accountable witnesses and the decision that confirms the service is usable again.
A recurring hosting figure can obscure migration effort, support demand, data transfer and exit work. Growth or an unexpected move can change the commercial model substantially when the proposal does not define usage assumptions or the assistance included at the end. Working output: A whole-life assumptions sheet linking usage, movement, support and exit activities to the party responsible and the commercial basis for each commitment.
