YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A short brief can leave entities, sites, reporting periods or activities undefined. Two competent teams may then produce incompatible inventories, while missing activity data creates unplanned collection and estimation work after a fixed price has been agreed. Working output: A boundary and data register showing included entities, activities and periods, the source of each input and the outstanding evidence needed to produce a usable baseline.
A proposal can compress a qualified calculation into an absolute savings claim. If factors, source periods and uncertainty disappear from the response, the evaluator cannot judge comparability and the delivery team inherits an expectation stronger than its evidence. Working output: A claim trail retaining source observations, calculation assumptions and the approved wording, enabling reviewers to assess the proposed benefit without losing the context behind the figure.
A consultant may be measured on reductions that depend on a client's investment, procurement or operational behaviour. An attractive performance promise can therefore transfer implementation risks that the supplier neither controls nor has priced into the analysis work. Working output: An implementation map linking recommendations to decision owners, funding and monitoring, with supplier-controlled deliverables separated from changes that depend on the client's subsequent action and investment.
