YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
Insulation, ventilation, moisture and fire-related interfaces can cross several design and installation roles. A compelling carbon narrative can obscure a missing survey or responsibility gap that changes whether the proposed combination is deliverable. Working output: An interface and evidence map linking proposed measures to survey sufficiency, competent decisions and the gaps that control pursuit readiness.
Installed quantities can hide design coordination, temporary protection, resident contact and independent checks. Delayed home access or another scaffold period can change the resource plan substantially without changing the number of measures. Working output: A resource scenario showing how access and enabling-work assumptions affect coordination, protection, verification and the price supporting the proposed sequence.
Modelled savings are different from measured results, and installed equipment may be difficult for residents to use without appropriate information. Handover must connect the performance claim with records, settings and the verification actually included. Working output: A performance-evidence outline and resident-ready handover plan showing verification, understandable controls information and the basis of each claimed benefit.

The competency topics are informed by publicly described APMP bid and proposal practice: from opportunity decisions and customer understanding to clear writing, review and continuous improvement.
An independent Vergabezone completion record after self-study, reflection and a passed knowledge check. Planned study time is guidance, not measured attendance or automatically recognised CPD/CEU credit. Content is informed by publicly described APMP topic areas; it is not APMP accreditation, an APMP exam, certification or endorsement. Recognition is determined by the relevant body. How the curriculum is developed
Publicly accessible provider catalogues inform the choice of topics and learning formats. This academy’s lessons, examples, exercises and knowledge checks are independently developed and put into context for German bidding practice.
