YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.

From understanding to application.

The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.

Aviation

Aviation: Scope and decision

An airport, airline or aviation supply-chain requirement may concern very different assets and duties. A broad aviation reference can obscure whether the bidder has relevant competence for the actual package or is assuming authority retained by the operating organisation. Working output: An operating-role map separating the supplier's package from retained aviation authority, with relevant competence evidence and unresolved responsibility questions ready for the bid decision and technical review.

Aviation: Planning and control

A suitably experienced team may still lack the confirmed access, equipment conditions or approvals needed for a particular setting. A mobilisation date based only on available personnel can therefore precede the point at which those people can actually undertake productive work. Working output: An access readiness plan connecting people, equipment and approvals to the first productive task, with controlling decisions identified before the proposed mobilisation date becomes part of the offered programme.

Aviation: Evidence and handover

Operational restrictions can turn a short task into several mobilisation periods. Cancelled windows, waiting and handback evidence may absorb specialist time even when the physical work is limited, making an apparently competitive fixed price difficult to sustain under actual operating conditions. Working output: A work-window schedule showing productive and non-productive effort, interruption treatment and acceptance responsibilities, giving the proposed programme and fixed price the same operational basis before the sponsor approves the response.
