YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
A timetable or prestigious buyer can draw attention away from acceptance questions, independence review and the exact service requested. A generic team biography does not show that the proposed engagement has passed the checks needed before resources and responsibilities are promised. Working output: An engagement pursuit log showing acceptance questions, accountable reviewers and the evidence required before scope, people and timing are approved together.
A reporting deadline can look achievable while the underlying records arrive late or in an unusable form. Partner and reviewer time may also be shared across existing engagements, leaving the proposal dependent on capacity that has never been explicitly reserved. Working output: An information-to-review calendar connecting buyer inputs, preparer work, reviewer availability and the action required when an essential record is delayed.
A fixed fee may assume clean opening records, a stable group structure or limited exception work without saying so. Evaluators cannot compare the offer fairly when the activities that trigger extra effort are buried inside a general qualification. Working output: A fee assumptions schedule linking ordinary activities, information conditions, exception effort and the approval needed for a change to the engagement scope.
