YOUR PRACTICE. STEP BY STEP.
From understanding to application.
The modules connect concrete requirements, reliable evidence and a practical task for your business. Begin with the topic that helps you now.
An aggregate journey count can combine different assistance needs, escorts and transfer conditions. A common vehicle or crew assumption may therefore fail for part of the proposed service even if the headline fleet capacity appears sufficient. Working output: A journey readiness matrix linking stated assistance and transfer conditions to appropriate resources, with unresolved inputs identified before the service offer is approved.
A vehicle can finish its travel segment while the crew remains committed to a delayed handover. If dispatch treats travel time as total availability, one overrun can disrupt later journeys and exhaust the cover assumed in the bid. Working output: A dispatch continuity plan showing the full resource commitment per transfer, credible cover and the escalation decision when an overrun affects later journeys.
Waiting, cancellation, escorts and changed support can materially alter the work behind a journey price. Unclear charges leave dispatch and the purchaser unable to agree the commitment before accepting a changed or additional transfer. Working output: A transfer charge schedule explaining included time, common exceptions and approval responsibility, with worked examples that dispatch and the purchaser can interpret consistently.
