Open the Academy with a concrete question
Open “Academy · courses & learning”. Set a learning goal, such as reviewing evidence or preparing a costing. For a first overview, “Never submitted a bid before?” leads to the free guide.
Narrow the sector and topic
Use the course search and the “Sector”, “Learning level” and “Competency topic” filters. “All sectors” opens the sector learning paths. Read a suitable module’s objectives and planned learning scope.
Read the module and apply it
Preview, objectives and sources help you choose without signing in. With active trial or Premium access, work through the full sections and practical task. All included Academy content is available from day one.
Complete the sections, reflection and knowledge check
Confirm the sections you have worked through, save your practical reflection and answer the knowledge check. Completion requires at least 80% correct answers. The personal learning record documents this module; it is not automatic external APMP certification.
Use the learning in your work
Use “My learning record” to find your progress and issued completions. Improve a review question or template in your work. The free learning journal offers further short exercises; “Loyalty & development” adds separate bonus resources.
Make the method concrete.
A new colleague reads the free starter guide, practises an evidence matrix and then studies a relevant academy path. At the next team meeting she presents the improved requirements list.
